The Wishing Tree

February 8, 2024

When we wish alone, it’s just a wish. When we wish together, the impossible happens.

The Adventure Group Whistler (TAG) in partnership with BC Parks Foundation, invite you to our basecamp on Cougar Mountain to find the Wishing tree. Make your wish for nature into the mic, and watch as its vibrant lights respond, creating a symphony of colors and enchanting effects. Every wish you express to the Wishing Tree becomes a promise—a promise to safeguard the beauty of our world for generations ahead. The magic of nature is alive and well, and it’s time to make your wishes light up the world.

My Wish for Nature is…

Close your eyes and remember one special moment you have spent in nature.  How did you feel?

If you could make one wish that would protect more of BC’s nature and wildlife, what would your wish be?

Your wish will make an immediate difference:

  • For each wish you make, donors will give $10 to help create new parks and protected areas in BC for you to enjoyforever
  • Your wish joins with other wishes to show that British Columbians support protecting 25% of BC by2025

Your wish is magic.  You will be filled with a sense of pride, awe and inspiration as the power of wishing together creates magical results for BC’s nature.

Every person you inspire to make a wish is another $10 you have helped contribute, and more goodwill for BC’s nature. Together, let’s embrace the beauty of nature, share our hopes, and sow the seeds of change.
