Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and participation in activities offered by The Adventure Group Whistler, also referred to as “TAG” or “TAG Whistler”. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any TAG activity, you agree to these Terms.

Booking and Payment

All fares published on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and supersede all prices previously advertised on various ads, websites and brochures. Full payment or a deposit (as specified at checkout) is required to confirm your reservation. Final balances must be paid by the due date provided; unpaid balances may result in cancellation.

Deposit and Check-in Policy

To help us prevent fraudulent bookings, the credit card holder must be present at check-in and is required to present the credit card that was used to pay along with matching valid photo identification. If the credit card holder is not present and written email authorization from the cardholder has not been verified, alternate payment will be required; the original credit card will be refunded and new credit card will be charged.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellations or changes you wish to make must be made at least 24 hours prior your scheduled tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity’s departure time will be non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

Changes to Activities

TAG reserves the right to make changes to their itineraries or cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of TAG deems it necessary for safety, operational, or environmental reasons; including natural disasters, weather or other external events. It is imperative that passengers check the most up-to-date information from our website just prior to their trip departing.

TAG attempts to be as accurate as possible with their product & activity descriptions. However, TAG does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Health, Fitness, and Behavior

Participants must meet the age, physical and medical requirements stated for each activity.

TAG staff reserve the right to deny participation to any guest who does not meet the activity requirements, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior may compromise the safety of themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Waivers

All guests must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. The waivers are legal documents and can therefore not be interpreted by anyone in the company. Signing it does mean you have read and understand the waiver.

Content

All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TAG and protected by international copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Privacy and Data Collection

TAG collects only the personal information necessary to process bookings and provide services, in compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law. For details, please review our Privacy Policy

Updates to These Terms

TAG may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
