Refunds & Cancellations

Retail Guests – Refunds and cancellations by guests are limited to 24hrs prior to departure with the exception of Vallea Lumina. The experience of Vallea Lumina is comparable to a concert or an entrance to the cinema. If you can not be present for your showtime, we cannot make any refunds or changes.The Adventure Group reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. If your tour is cancelled by The Adventure Group, you will be issued a full refund.

 

Group & Special Events Policy – For group bookings, guaranteed numbers are required 14 days in advance of the tour. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the activity are subject to a 100% charge. The Adventure Group reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
