Free Shuttle Service

Spring Shuttle Service currently has a shift change between the day shuttle and the start of Vallea Lumina shuttle service at sunset. The last day shuttle leaves Cougar Mountain Day Camp at 5:15pm, Sunset is currently around 8:30pm and marks the first Vallea Lumina experience of the evening.

What’s included?
The TAG Day Ticket grants unlimited access to all listed activities at our basecamp at Cougar Mountain during operating hours (currently 8:30am to 5pm for daytime activities, 9:15pm – 12pm for Vallea Lumina) and includes free shuttle transport from Gateway Loop in Whistler Village.

What’s not included?
Premium experiences such as Superfly ziplining, rafting, snowmobiling and off-roading require an additional booking.

What should I bring?
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy closed-toe footwear. We also recommend sunscreen, bug spray, and a refillable water bottle.

Where do I check in?
Check-in takes place at the TAG Basecamp at Cougar Mountain, where you’ll receive your wristband and itinerary for the day.

Do you have a cafe?
Yes! Our cafe is open 9:00am-6:00pm and has a variety of options to keep you fuelled for adventure

Are there age or height restrictions?
Some activities have specific weight and height restrictions. Please check individual activity pages for details

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity’s scheduled start time are non-refundable. Full details are in our terms and conditions.

Free Shuttle or Drive

How does the shuttle work?
Our daytime shuttle operates from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, departing from the Gateway Loop in Whistler Village at 8:30am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm.

There is a pause in shuttle service between 5pm and sunset when the Vallea Lumina shuttle begins. See the table below for the spring 2025 Vallea Lumina shuttle and showtime schedule. Each shuttle has 24 seats available, subject to capacity.

What if the shuttle is full?
If the shuttle is at capacity, you may need to wait for the next available departure. We recommend arriving early during peak times to ensure a spot.

How do I drive to Cougar Mountain Basecamp? Is parking available?
Drive north on Highway 99 from Whistler Village for 10 minutes. Look for the sign for The Adventure Group sign at the start of the Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service road, on the left side of the highway at the north end of Green Lake. Turn left onto Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Rd and proceed up the road to Cougar Mountain Basecamp.
 
Limited paid parking is available; we strongly recommend taking the free shuttle.
