How to Plan Your Ultimate Adventure Day:

Book Your Date: Choose your date, complete the booking process, and check out.

Arrive Anytime: Show up whenever suits you best (as early as 9am). The earlier you arrive, the more adventures you can conquer!

Activity Selection: Upon arrival, our team will discover your preferred activities (Zipline, Hike, Aerial Obstacle Course, Vallea Lumina). Based on availability, we’ll pack your day with as much excitement as possible.

Pre-Arrival Contact: Our Guest Experience Team will reach out 24 hours before your day to discuss availability and recommend the best time to arrive, ensuring you maximize your adventure.

*Price applies Monday to Thursday. $289 on Friday - Sunday and Statutory holidays. Please note, activity participation is subject to availability on the day, and exact times can’t be confirmed until you arrive at our base.

    Experience a thrilling day at The Adventure Group, where you can zipline, hike, tackle the Aerial Obstacle Course, or enjoy Vallea Lumina. Please be aware that this pass does not ensure participation in all the listed activities, as they are subject to availability.

    How does the Day Ticket work?

    How do I plan my day?

    1. Select your chosen date, input your name, email and phone number, then check out.
     
    2. 24 hours before your selected day, our Guest Experience Team will contact you to let you know about likely activity availability.
     
    3. On the day of your Day Ticket, you can check in as early as 9am onsite at The Cougar Mountain Basecamp. At check-in, one of our team will help you plan your day and slot you into activities based on availability.

    Does a Day Ticket guarantee me a place on tours of my choice?

    No! Please be aware that this ticket does not ensure participation in all listed activities, as they are subject to availability. We recommend arriving early or coming during quieter times to start your adventure!

    If you have your heart set on one specific activity or have tight time constraints, we strongly recommend booking that tour through regular booking process!

  • Superfly Ziplines

    This 2 hour, 4 tandem zipline experience will have you reaching heights of 300 meters above the ground, flying over 1,2km on a single line and reach speeds up to 100km per hour. Get ready for an epic time! TEST

    What to Expect

    Before Your Tour

    Before heading out on tour, you’ll meet your guides at Basecamp and they’ll get you set up with your helmet, harness and trolley as well as do a safety briefing and demonstration.

     

    Then, it’s off up the mountain in one of our 4×4 rangers for a 15 minute drive to the top of the first zipline.

    While On Tour

    Our Superfly Zipline course is made up of 4 ziplines that zig zag between Rainbow Mountain and Cougar Mountain. If the views don’t take your breath away, the thrill of flying will!

     

    Our highest zipline is over 3o0m above the ground, the  longest is 1.2km long, and our fastest reaches speeds up to 100km per hour. All our ziplines are run in tandem, so for all 4 ziplines, you get fly alongside your adventure buddy!

    Safety & Requirements

    Requirements

    Guests must weigh between 60lbs/27kg and 250lbs/113kg.

     

    Minimum guest age is 6 years old and must fit a xxs helmet.

  • Aerial Obstacle Course

    Swing, climb, jump and balance your way through our maze of treetop courses. Our course is designed to ease your way in with entry level features and get progressively more challenging.

    What to Expect

    Before Your Tour

    You’ll meet your guides and be outfitted with a helmet and harness up at Basecamp. Once you’re ready to go, your guide will bring your  down to the demonstration course. Here your guide will show you how to use your harness and share a quick safety briefing.

     

    Parents are welcome to come join and cheer along from the ground or wait up at Basecamp.

    While On Tour

    It’s time to play! Our course is designed for kids to have fun. Think of it like a bigger and better version of a jungle gym.

     

    Climb up ropes, fly on the flying fox and swing between platforms all while in a beautiful forest. Our guides will be there guiding the kiddos along and cheering them on!

  • Ancient Cedars Hike

    The Ancient Cedars hike in Whistler, BC, is a beautiful trail that takes you through a lush forest of old-growth cedar trees. The hike is approximately 5km round trip and can be completed in about 1-2 hours, depending on your pace. Along the way, you'll be surrounded by towering cedar trees, some of which are hundreds of years old.

    About Ancient Cedars Guided Hike

    One of the highlights of the Ancient Cedars hike is the opportunity to see some of the largest cedar trees in the region, with some reaching heights of over 50 meters. These impressive trees provide a glimpse into the ancient forests that once covered much of British Columbia.

    The trail is well-maintained and relatively flat, making it suitable for families and beginners

    This tour takes place at our Cougar Mountain Basecamp located on Cougar Mountain, just 12 minutes north of Whistler Village, BC in a coastal temperate rainforest with magnificent mountain and valley views.

    Chaperone Policy: Ages 12 and under require a full paying adult 19+ on tour with them. Ages 13-15 require a free adult chaperone 19+ to be out at Base for the duration of the tour. Ages 16+ are able to join all tours without chaperone, granted the minimum requirements are met.

    What to Bring

    • Wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. Activewear and waterproof layers such as a shell jacket and pant in the event of inclement weather
    • Close-toe shoes are required
    • Department of Transportation approve helmets will be provided for both the 4×4 off road vehicle ride and ziplining

    The Experience

    Showtimes

    Nightly starting at sundown. As the days get longer, tours will start later. As the days get shorter, tours will start earlier.

     

    Please arrive at your scheduled showtime.

     

     

    Year Round Experience

    Our Vallea Lumina experience runs year round! During the summer we operate our longer 1.5km course and in the winter we offer a .75km course that is enhanced with the beauty of the snow.

    Strobe Lighting

    Strobe lighting effects are used during this show. Guests that may suffer from epilepsy or are affected by visual light stimulation effects are advised to contact the ranger staff prior to embarking on the walk.

    What to Bring

    Tips

    Vallea Lumina runs rain or shine – Please dress for the weather and if raining, bring waterproof clothing as umbrellas are not allowed.

     

    Sturdy close-toed shoes are recommend as the Vallea Lumina trail is along a mostly levelled gravel and dirt path.

     

    Photography

    Cameras are welcomed and encouraged, but we ask for no flash photography as to not distract other guests from the experience.
