The Whistler Service Excellence Awards took place last week at the Westin Resort & Spa. Hosted by the Whistler Chamber of Commerce, the Awards honour excellence in the areas of service, innovation, sustainability, outstanding leadership in the arts, business and community service.
The Adventure Group, Summit Lodge Boutique & Spa and Whistler Premier were nominated for the ‘Service Excellence Large Business Award’. These Whistler businesses have industry-leading service delivery and have made an impact on the Whistler guest experience. They have introduced and implemented service strategies that allow them to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed customers’ expectations.
The Adventure Group was recognized as the winner of the ‘Service Excellence Large Business’ award. Joey Houssian, CEO of The Adventure Group took his entire senior team on stage to accept the award.
