Refunds & Cancellations
Retail Guests – Refunds and cancellations by guests are limited to 24hrs prior to departure with the exception of Vallea Lumina. The experience of Vallea Lumina is comparable to a concert or an entrance to the cinema. If you can not be present for your showtime, we cannot make any refunds or changes.The Adventure Group reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. If your tour is cancelled by The Adventure Group, you will be issued a full refund. Due to new COVID-19 measures, if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms we will move you to a new date and time or provide a full refund.
Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your tour and receive a full refund on the value of the tour until 1 hour before your departure time, no questions asked. It will also allow you one opportunity to reschedule your tour to any future tour time with availability. Cancelation protection must be purchased for each guest on the booking.
If you purchase Cancellation Protection and do not show up for your tour without notifying us 1 hour before your departure you will be charged for the value of your tour.
Group & Special Events Policy – For group bookings, guaranteed numbers are required 14 days in advance of the tour. Any changes or cancellations made within 14 days of the activity are subject to a 100% charge. The Adventure Group reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
The Adventure Group uses your private information for booking activities and tours with TAG or any of our third party activity suppliers. We also use your information to send you emails with news, deals and promos, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email. The Adventure Group does not share your information with other companies. Our team is committed to protecting your privacy and using technology with the most powerful and secure online experience possible.
In order to complete your booking or provide you with the information that you request, it will be necessary to ask for certain personal information such as your name and address, telephone number or email address. TAG will also require a credit card to make a reservation online.
Terms & Conditions
TAG reserves the right to make changes to their itineraries or cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of TAG deems it necessary; including natural disasters, weather or other external events. It is imperative that passengers check the most up-to-date information from our website just prior to their trip departing.
All content included on this site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TAG and protected by international copyright laws.
TAG attempts to be as accurate as possible with their product & activity descriptions. However, TAG does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
All guests must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. The waivers are legal documents and can therefore not be interpreted by anyone in the company. Signing it does mean you have read and understand the waiver.
