Trail of Terror: A Brand-New Halloween Experience at TAG Whistler

Something new is waiting in the woods at Cougar Mountain this Halloween… and it’s not for the faint of heart.

Introducing Trail of Terror – TAG Whistler’s new haunted forest experience. This immersive light and sound show leads you through a chilling trail filled with eerie music, haunting visuals, and live jump-scare actors lurking in the shadows.

Our team has worked hard to bring Whistler the Halloween experience everyone’s been asking for – and we couldn’t be more excited to finally share it.
We’ve already seen huge interest in this new addition, and if it’s a hit, we’ll be bringing it back even bigger next year.

Here’s what to know before you go:

• Admission to the Trail of Terror is automatically included with any TAG adventure the same day, including the Superfly Zipline, Side by Side Tour, Vallea Lumina, or Day Ticket.
• Trail of Terror opens at 7:00 PM with less intense showings – still spooky, featuring eerie lighting, sound effects, and atmosphere.
• After 8:30 PM, the fear factor rises. The trail gets darker, the scares get bolder, and the forest truly comes alive. The later you dare to enter, the scarier it gets.
• Kids are welcome! We provide candy, and each child receives a glow stick that signals the ghosts to take it easy. We recommend the earlier showings and parental discretion based on what your child can handle.

Had a great day with The Adventure Group! We started with the four ziplines, which are highly recommended! Afterwards, we did the Adventure Course — so much fun!
All in all, it was an amazing day, and we were guided perfectly by our coach Harrison!

We had such an awesome time zip lining with Harrison and Tess! We were lucky to be the only two on the tour, which made it even better. Both were super friendly and made us feel safe and relaxed the whole way through with a few laughs along the way. Definitely recommend!

We had an incredible experience with the TAG Day Pass — highly recommend it to anyone visiting Whistler! Caoimhe, Sam and the team were amazing. They helped reassure my dad, who was recovering from a recent shoulder reconstruction, that he was able to join us on the zipline, and even showed him a modified bracing position to keep him out of pain. Thanks to their care and encouragement, we all had the best time!
