What are our opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9am-6pm for daytime activities, and 9:45pm-12am for Vallea Lumina.
(Hours for Vallea Lumina vary with sunset, please confirm the opening hours at the booking calendar for Vallea Lumina)

Do I need to reserve or can I just show up with my Season Pass?

You do need to reserve a Day Ticket in advance. This helps our team prepare for your experience and ensures a smooth check-in process. Use the booking link provided and enter your Member ID received with your Season Pass to reserve your spot. Walk-ups without a reservation won’t be guaranteed entry, so make sure to book ahead!

Where do I check in?

Check-in takes place at the TAG Basecamp at Cougar Mountain, where you’ll receive your wristband and itinerary for the day.

How do I get to Cougar Mountain Basecamp?

Our basecamp is located at Cougar Mountain, just 10 minutes north of Whistler Village. Catch our complimentary shuttle from the Gateway Loop, in Whistler Village, take the scenic drive, or grab a quick taxi ride, all roads lead to adventure!

Do you have a cafe?

Yes! Our cafe is open 9:00am-6:00pm and has a variety of options to keep you fuelled for adventure.

Is this experience accessible?

Some activities are accessible, while others have limited accessibility due to terrain. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy closed-toe footwear. We also recommend sunscreen, bug spray, and a refillable water bottle.

What’s not included?

Premium experiences such as Superfly ziplining, rafting and off-roading require an additional booking. However, Season Pass holders get 20% discount.

We had the Day Pass and did the Aerial Obstacle Course. It was so fun! At first when I walked into the basecamp, I thought it was going to be a small obstacle course until I got onto it and realized it webbed through the woods on the property! It was really refreshing being able to see the river running underneath you and being surrounded by trees!

JENZ was an AMAZING guide! He personally followed us through the course to make sure that we were doing well and not only guided us when we were stuck but even provided moral support which made our experience much more fun and memorable! He also offered to take videos for us knowing that we put a lot of effort into getting through each one!

In terms of activities, the place was pretty quiet when we were there so we didn't have to wait in line for anything and had a lot of space to ourselves. The staff were also really nice!

The only downside to our trip was that the zipline and forest walk was not available. We were informed of this after we got the tickets. This is mentioned on the website after some serching but these activities were still mentioned as part of our package at checkout. I hope this is something that can be updated for future customers.

Lastly, I wish the parking prices were also mentioned on the website. From Reddit, I found that the parking was really expensive at $60/day but when I got there, the price was less than $4 an hour.

We took the side-by-side tour with Caitlyn and Harrison last Tuesday, and it was fantastic! The two of them were simply amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous. It was a lot of fun! We even had the chance to swim in a beautiful lake and cool off. Highly recommended!

While we did not end up being able to enjoy our rafting reservation on June 1st, I wanted to give a 5 star review, simply for the amount of compassion and care I was given as we made the tough decision to not go.

While I had previously enjoyed an amazing rafting adventure with the Adventure Group over a decade ago (when they were still located in the village), I was blind-sided by the lingering effects pre-existing acquired brain injury 5 years, this time around. I had gotten suited up, but by the time we arrived at the location, I was feeling extremely motion sickness and could no longer go.

My partner and I alerted the Team as soon as possible, and I was surprised to hear there was a paramedic among the crew! They took the time to ensure I was safe and comfortable, and rode with us the entire way back to base camp.

While I was disappointed to waste the reservation, the experience I had with The Adventure Group was exceptional and I hope to be able to adventure with them again once more.

What an epic adventure !!! Could not recommend the side by side buggies more !! The views were unbelievable, the driving was fantastic and our guide Tobi was amazing ! Great balance between fun but felt safe the whole time , really great and knowledgeable bloke!
