Wedge Rafting, Whistler’s original rafting operator, has a new home at Cougar Mountain Basecamp, only a 10-minute drive north of Whistler village. The brand new fully serviced change rooms are nestled in the boutique backcountry base surrounded by Whistler’s old growth forest, with easy access to other activities and food & beverage service.

 

 

 

The Green River Tour provides the perfect combination of fun bouncy rapids and spectacular scenery surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It is the perfect choice for first-timers or for those on a family adventure. The Class 2 and 3 rapids are fun and exciting for everyone and can easily fit into any schedule.

 

After you check in for your tour, our professional guides will welcome you, talk you through our safety protocols, and get you geared up with a wetsuit, booties, a PFD and a helmet and you can leave your valuables in complimentary lockers. Complimentary lockers are available to leave your valuables in while you’re on the river. A shuttle service is provided from basecamp to Green Lake to begin the tour, and the shuttle will pick you up at the end of the river, bringing you back to basecamp to dry off. Here you can grab a bite to eat at the Cedar Cafe.

The move to Cougar Basecamp for Wedge Rafting means guests have less time on busses, and more time having fun!

 

Duration: 2 hours, 6km on the water.

Departure: 12pm. Call us to book additional times.

Pricing: $119.99/Adult|$79.99/Youth – 10-16 years old & min. 80lbs in low water / 90lbs in high water.
Only guests from the same party in each raft. Minimum of 4 people per booking. Smaller groups can be accommodated for an additional $100 fee, call us for details.
