Tour Tip

Dress as if you were going skiing: warm layers, winter jacket, snowpants, warm gloves, and boots.

Be prepared to take advantage of the awesome photo opportunities.

It is better to wear too many layers than too few, you can always shed clothing if you get too hot.

If you’ve never ridden a snowmobile before, don’t worry. Our professional guides will teach you all you need to know about handling the sleds.

Before you ride…

Snowmobiles are a common vehicle to households throughout Canada.
Here in the Whistler backcountry they will bring you to places you would never be able to see. Our snowmobiles have automatic transmissions. A quick riding tutorial from your experienced guides will have you riding with confidence and answer any lingering questions.
Tours will run in all weather conditions unless it is unsafe.
We provide a complimentary shuttle service from Whistler Village, Fairmont Chateau and the Four Seasons Hotel.
You must be a minimum of 16 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and have a parent/guardian to sign your waiver before driving a snowmobile.

All tours are fully guided by professionally trained guides.

Forgot your toque, eh?

If you are missing any winter clothing items, we will provide them at no extra cost.

The mandatory collision coverage (charged at $20/driver) covers only damage done to the actual machines.

Personal insurance is not provided by our company to our participants.

For your Protection

Children must be 4’ tall (122 cm) and fit a D.O.T. helmet to ride. You must wear one of our Department of Transportation (DOT) certified and regularly inspected helmets. D.O.T. certified helmets meet or exceed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218, the legal requirement for a helmet to be used on public roads. Personal helmets are not permitted.

Small groups are more fun.

On our tours, the ratio of guide to guest is one to five.

All guests are required to sign a legal release of liability waiver.
