Here at The Adventure Group, we know that with the emergence of COVID-19 in late 2019 has meant booking a vacation is a big commitment, that’s why we are happy to offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your Snowmobile, Snowshoe or Superfly Ziplines tour up to 24 hours prior to departure and receive a full refund.

 

For additional peace of mind, you can purchase Cancellation Protection which allows you to cancel your tour and receive a full refund on the value of the tour until 1 hour before your departure time, no questions asked. It will also allow you one opportunity to reschedule your tour to any future tour time with availability. Cancelation protection must be purchased for each guest on the booking.

 

The fine print:

 

• If you purchase Cancellation Protection and do not show up for your tour without notifying us 1 hour before your departure you will be charged for the value of your tour.
• The experience of Vallea Lumina is comparable to a concert or an entrance to the cinema. If you can not be present for your showtime, we cannot make any refunds or changes.
• If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms you will be refused entry and we will move you to a new date and time or provide a full refund.
