TAG Cares is a core part of our company and embodies our commitment to the community and environment that we live in. Our program supports a range of social and environmental causes and we are proud to share these with you here. TAG donates thousands of Whistler activities and tours to events, non-profit societies and charities every year including the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, Whistler Animals Galore (WAG), Association of Whistler Area Residents for the Environment (AWARE), Trips for Kids, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Zero Ceiling and the BC Cancer Society. We also have our own environmental quest and we work to see that all our Whistler tours and activities are 100% carbon neutral.

ENVIRONMENT

TAG and the environment in which we play in are inextricably linked and this is reflected at the very core of our company culture. Our commitment to the environment captures our understanding that without healthy land, air and water, the very essence of pure & clean adventure is compromised. With TAG Whistler activities, we make an effort to do our part and see that it is all 100% carbon neutral. This means that after reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible throughout our operations, all CO2 emitted through our activities, transportation and office use is mitigated with high-quality carbon offsets obtained through our work with Offsetters.

In addition to our carbon offset program, TAG Whistler also has a comprehensive recycling program, purchases “green” whenever and wherever possible, and uses the latest technology with regards to our motorized equipment including low-emission four stroke snowmobiles and ATV's.
